    It’s Taste Test Tuesday! I told you yesterday that I loved the fall and the flavors that come with it. And today’s cake is a great cake to start off Autumn. With that said, we present the French Apple Cake; A two part cake containing chopped Apples in a Custard-like layer with yellow cake over the top. If this isn’t enough, I’ve included my new favorite topping, Salted Caramel. Come in today and let us know what you think. See you for lunch!

    It’s Fall, it’s fall, I can’t say it enough I’m so happy that it’s fall! The weather is perfect, leaves are changing, and of course there is football! Some of my favorite foods come around this time of year as well, starting with apples.  With that said, we’d like to kickoff the fall with our first lunch special of the week, a Fall Fresh Chicken Salad Sandwich; our Homemade Chicken Salad placed on a toasted Croissant with lettuce, American Cheese, fresh Apples, and our very own Cranberry-Orange Relish.

    Our second lunch special for the week is an Italian Roast Beef Panini; slow cooked Roast Beef topped with pickled veggies, and melted Provolone Cheese, and placed on a Ciabatta Roll with Sun dried Tomato Aioli, then grilled to perfection.

    We had a great time at 302 Artisans and Euphoria this weekend. It was nice speaking with some familiar faces and making new friends. We’ll be popping up here and there throughout the next few months, so if you see us, please stop by and say hello. We’re also in the kitchen coming up with some great fall desserts. That means Taste Test Tuesday will be pretty exciting. We hope you’re able to get out and enjoy the great weather this week, and while you’re out, stop in to say hi!

    Taste Test Tuesday is today! Today we are sampling the Milky Way Cake; Delicious layer cake made with melted Milky Way Bars stacked together and surrounded with a Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting and drizzled with a bit of caramel to add an extra punch of goodness. Before telling you about this cake, I had to sit down and have a slice myself. This cake is unbelievably good. But you need to come in and try it yourself.     Good Mornin’ to ya! We’re hitting the ground running this week, so let’s get to our lunch specials. Our first special is a Chili Frito Salad; our Award Winning Homemade Chili topped with Tomatoes, shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, and those popular Corn Chips we all love to snack on.

    Our second special is the Garden Lover’s Turkey Panini; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey topped with American Cheese, Bacon, Onions, Red Peppers, and Sauteed Mushrooms all placed between two slices of Whole Wheat bread and finished with our Honey Mustard Dressing. All of this goodness is placed on the grille and served hot!

    We are sampling a new brand of Potato Chips this week that we think is really delicious. We hope to switch to Route 11, but we need your input.     It’s Taste Test Tuesday and we are excited to have a NEW cake for you to try! We’re calling Boston out and giving you our Carolina Cream Pie; Chocolate Cake Layers filled with homemade Vanilla Custard and topped with our Caramel Frosting.  You do not want to miss out on trying this cake today. Stop in today for a sample and let us know what you think. I have a good feeling we’ll be adding this cake to our menu. Have a great day, and we’ll see you for lunch.

    Good Monday Morning! There is a hint of fall in the air this morning, and I think it’s only appropriate to get started with our fall lunch specials. Our first special is a Hail Mary Hero; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey, slow cooked Roast Beef, and Applewood Smoked Bacon tucked inside of a Toasted French Roll with American Cheese, Horseradish Mayo, and finished with a Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Sauce.

    Our second special is another favorite of mine, a Charred Beer Onion Chicken Sandwich; Grilled Marinated Chicken topped with sliced Cubanelle and Poblano Peppers and Onions, Homemade Red Pepper Sauce, and melted Cheddar Cheese, then placed on a Toasted Brioche Bun with Peppercorn Mayo.

    Come in this week and celebrate the coming of Fall with us. We’ll be working on desserts to go along with the season, so check in with us to see what we’re baking, or stop in for Taste Test Tuesday to sample a possibly new creation. We hope to see you, and as always, have a fantastic week!

    Happy Taste Test Tuesday! We hope you had a great Labor Day Weekend. We have a lot to tell you about, so let’s get started. We’ll start with our lunch specials. Our first special is a Chicken Sage Panini; Grilled Chicken topped with Prosciutto, Provolone Cheese, fresh Tomatoes placed on Sourdough Bread and finished with a homemade Lemon-Sage Dijon Mayo.

    Our second lunch special is a Ranch House Roast Beef Sandwich; our slow cooked Roast Beef soaked in Au Jus and topped with Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, and placed on a toasted French Roll with our own Horseradish Ranch Dressing.

    And it’s Taste Test Tuesday so that means that we are sampling a Seasonal or New Cake. This week’s cake is our Neopolitan Cake; Strawberry, Chocolate, and Yellow Cake Layers stacked together and filled with our Chocolate Buttercream Frosting and fresh Strawberries, and surrounded by our delicious Cream Cheese Frosting.

    Finally, we hope that your first weekend was an exciting one. Home games are this weekend, so let us help with your tailgating needs.
