    Happy Taste Test Tuesday! In honor of the holiday season we are sampling our Pumpkin Roll; Delicious Pumpkin Cake coiled around our decadent Cream Cheese Frosting. Come in today and have a sample of this Autumn treat with your lunch or cake purchase. Also, we are adding this to our Mail Order Menu, so for those of you who can’t make it, give us a call and we’ll ship it to your doorstep! Also, don’t forget to pick up your Halloween treats today and tomorrow. We’ll have plenty of deliciously spooky desserts for your ghosts and goblins. Happy haunting!

    Good morning to everyone! Let’s get down to it. We have two fantastic lunch specials that will keep you warm during this cooler fall weather. Our first special is a Pub Style Chicken Sandwich; Grilled Chicken topped with melted American Cheese, crunch fried onion strips, and homemade Cole Slaw, then placed on toasted Pumpernickel Bread with a delicious Sweet Potato Maple Mustard to finish it off.

    Our second lunch special is a Deluxe Mediterranean Wrap; Pastrami tucked inside a Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Tortilla with fresh Lettuce and Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese, and our own Scallion and Herb Spread.

    It’s’ Taste Test Tuesday, and we have a really delicious cake for you to sample. Today’s cake is called a Southern Russian; Black Russian cake layers, with a Dark Cherry Bourbon Chocolate Mousse placed between them, and iced with our Cream Cheese Frosting. This cake is light, decadent, and perfect for the holidays! Stop in and let us know what you think!

    Good morning! It’s been a great weekend, and now we’re ready for a new and exciting week! Let’s start with our lunch specials. Our first special is an Ale House Beef Sandwich; Slow cooked Roast Beef topped with Maple Peppercorn Bacon and Monterrey Jack Cheese, then tucked in a toasted French Roll with our own Ale House Mustard.

    We’ve had quite a few requests for our second special, so this week we are bringing back our Fall Fresh Chicken Salad Sandwich; our Homemade Chicken Salad placed on a toasted Croissant with lettuce, American Cheese, fresh Apples, and our very own Cranberry-Orange Relish.

    We hope that you have a great week. We’ll have another delicious cake for you to come in and try tomorrow. There’s also going to be sweet ghosts and goblins in our cookie cases, so stop in and pick some up for your Halloween party. See you soon!

    Good Morning! It’s Taste Test Tuesday and we are serving up one of our most devilish creations to date. Most of you are familiar with our Uggly Cake; yellow cake on the bottom with a cream cheese cake settling on the top and pecans sprinkled throughout. Now take that, double it, and then surround the cake with our Cream Cheese Frosting. Now you have today’s Taste Test Tuesday Cake, the Double Uggly. This cake is so rich, it makes Bill Gates’ wallet seem like chump change! Stop by and let us know what you think. See you for lunch!

    Good morning to everyone. We’re busy baking some delicious fall desserts, so I’ll quickly tell you about our lunch specials this week. We’re celebrating Octoberfest this week with our first special. This week we are offering Bratwurst, Sweetery Style; Bratwurst that has been slowly cooked in German Beer and topped with Saurkraut & melted Swiss Cheese then placed on a Belgian Waffle with homemade Ale House Mustard. We’ll also be serving a side of German Style Potato Salad. And for those of you who might just enjoy a regular hot dog style bun for your Brat, we’ll have that available too.
     Our second special is a Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Wrap; grilled Chicken, sliced and place in a flour tortilla with Lettuce, fresh Pico, Monterey Jack Cheese, and finished with homemade Spicy Ranch Dressing.

    Taste Test Tuesday is today! Halloween is around the corner and that means CANDY! Lots and lots of candy! So we starting thinking how all of that candy would taste together in a cake and decided to make this; the Halloween Candy Cake. We took an assortment of our favorite candy bars, cut them up into small pieces, and placed them in a delicious pound cake recipe. We then poured our cooked fudge frosting over the finished product and sprinkled more candy on top. If your sweet tooth is in overdrive this week stop by and pick this cake up or stop in today for a sample and let us know what you think. See you for lunch!

    Good Monday morning to everyone. A chilly start to this week, but let’s warm you up with two delicious lunch specials. Our first special is a Memphis Ham and Sweet Bourbon Smoker; Applewood Smoked Ham soaked in a homemade Sweet Bourbon Sauce, topped with melted Cheddar Cheese and Crispy Red Apples, and placed between two slices of toasted Country White Bread.

    Our second lunch special is a Fresh Autumn Salad; Grilled Chicken sliced and placed on a fresh Salad Blend with sliced fresh Pears, Toasted Pecans, and Gorgonzola Cheese and finished with a homemade Cranberry Vinaigrette.

    Stop in this week to see all of the fun stuff we’re baking up for fall. This is by far my favorite time of year, and each day I get inspired to make something new. That means we might be sampling a cake or cookie at any time! Have a great week, and we hope to see you!

    Taste Test Tuesday is here again! Today’s cake is a Mocha Cake; Sponge Cake Layers filled with fresh Coffee Grounds, and filled with a Mocha Cream Cheese Frosting. If that wasn’t enough, we have surrounded this cake with Chocolate Mocha Cream Cheese Frosting. We’ve had several requests for a Mocha Cake, and I’ve finally had time to bake one.     Good Monday Morning! We hope you’re ready for another great week. Let’s start it off by telling you about our lunch specials. Our first lunch special is a Roast Turkey Funwich; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey placed on warmed Naan Bread topped with Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, crispy Funions, and finished with a homemade Sage Mayo.

    Our second special is a Simply Wonderful Ham Sandwich; Applewood Smoked Hame topped with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Havarti Cheese and placed on toasted Pumpernickel Bread with a bit of Mayo then finished with our own Poppy Seed Dressing.
