    Happy Taste Test Tuesday! We have a few birthdays this week, and we want to invite you to celebrate with us. Today we are sampling our Old Fashioned, Scratch Made Yellow Cake with Buttercream Frosting. This is how yellow cake should be made. It’s moist, delicious, and best of all it’s not from a box! Come in today to celebrate and let us know what you think!

    And don’t worry, we have enough to go around!

    Good morning! This week we have two really great lunch specials for you to enjoy while writing down your Naughty and Nice List. Our first special is a Mediterranean Meatball Sub; delicious meatballs simmered in homemade Tomato Sauce and placed in a Toasted Baguette with fresh Roasted Vegetables, Calamat Olives, Feta Cheese, and finished with our own Herb Mayo.

    Our second special this week is a Sweet and Sour Grilled Cheese Sandwich; Our own blend of cheeses with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Pickles, and Sriracha Mayo on Sourdough Bread grilled to tasty perfection and served with a bowl of Homemade Tomato Bisque.

    It’s Taste Test Tuesday! But before I tell you about the desserts you’ll be sampling today, I need to tell you about our lunch specials that we will be offering this week. Our first special is a Grilled Chicken and Fall Fruit Salad Wrap;┬ásliced grilled chicken placed in a flour tortilla with a fresh Spring Lettuce Blend, Pears, dried Apricots and Cranberries, toasted Pecans, Feta Cheese, and finished with a homemade Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing.

    Our second special is Pastrami Greatness; delicious Pastrami piled high on toasted Rye Bread and topped with crumbled Blue Cheese, Homemade Coleslaw, and melted Swiss Cheese, then finished with a little Horseradish. If that wasn’t enough, we serve this midday miracle with a side of homemade Guinness au jus. This truly is a sandwich worth tasting!

    And now back to Taste Test Tuesday! We want to get you in the Thanksgiving mood, so today we are sampling our Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Pies. These Southern classics are oh so good and scrumptious, we know you’re going to want one to round out next week’s feast. Stop in and let us know what you think.

    Happy Monday! We hope everyone had a great weekend. I’ve been a bit tied up this morning, so without any more hesitation, let me tell you about this week’s lunch specials. Our first special is an Autumn Harvest Turkey Melt; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey, Applewood Smoked Ham, American Cheese, fresh Red Onions, and homemade Orange Cranberry Relish heated together on Sourdough bread with our own Brown Maple Mustard!

    Our next special is a new sandwich I’ve been wanting everyone to try. I am excited to introduce The Sweetery’s BLB; fresh Lettuce, Roasted Butternut Squash, creamy Havarti Cheese, and Maple Peppercorn Bacon on toasted Whole Wheat Bread. You do not want to miss out on this tasty sandwich.
