Good morning to everyone! We have two more delicious lunch specials this week. Our first special is a Hot Spanish Grill; Slow cooked Roast Beef and Pastrami tucked inside a Flour Tortilla with Provolone Cheese and a nice blend of Roasted Red Peppers, Artichoke Hearts, Jalapeno stuffed Olives, and fresh Herbs. All of this goodness is then placed on our grill and served for your midday enjoyment.
Our second special is our Gobbler Turkey Sandwich; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey placed on a Toasted French Roll with fresh Lettuce, Mayo, Crumbled Blue Cheese, and Sriracha Hot Sauce!
We get it, it’s cold. It’s also Taste Test Tuesday, and today we’re going to take a break from the winter weather. Today, we will be sampling our Orange Creamsicle Cake; Moist Orange Cake with a smooth Vanilla Custard between each layer, and surrounded with a White Chocolate Ganache. Our first special is a Bacon and Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich; Our own Pimiento Cheese topped with Crispy Applewood Bacon, fresh Tomatoes, and Avocado Slices, and placed on Whole Wheat Bread with a delicious Honey Mayo to round it out.
Our second special is a Cajun Chicken Melt; marinated Chicken Breast placed between two slices of Sourdough Bread with Roasted Red Peppers, Pepperoncini Peppers, and Provolone Cheese, and finished with a spicy mayo.

Good Monday morning. We have two new lunch specials this week to get you in the mood for this week’s holidays. Let’s start with Mardi Gras! Our first lunch special is a Mock Shrimp Po’ Boy; Roasted and seasoned Cauliflower placed in a Toasted French Roll with shredded Lettuce, Tomatoes, and finished with a spicy Cajun Mayo. It’s not shrimp, but you’ll be amazed at the taste of this delicious sandwich. Plus, we’re serving this with a side of Mother Shucker’s Cocktail Sauce (one of SC’s hidden treasures)!
Our second special is a Spinach and Strawberry Salad Wrap; fresh Spinach and Strawberries tossed together with Grilled Chicken and Toasted Almonds, and finished with our Homemade Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing. This one is perfect for sharing with that special someone in your life.
