Good morning! Let’s get this week started shall we. We have two very delicious lunch specials for you this week. Our first special is a Blueberry Peach Salad; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey placed on top of a bed of fresh spring mix and accompanied with fresh sweet Peaches, Blueberries, Vidalia Onions, and your choice of Boursin Cheese or if you like a little spice Pepperjack Cheese and finished with a delicious Melon Yogurt dressing.

Our second special is a Sweet and Spicy Ham Sammy; Black Forest Ham topped with a blend of Sweet Cherry Peppers and hot Banana Peppers, Lettuce, and Havarti Cheese, and placed on toasted Sourdough bread with a homemade Sweet Peach Mustard.

Tomorrow is Taste Test Tuesday, and with all of the fruits available now I can’t decide what to make. But I promise that you will want to try it. Also, we are preparing for our trip to Washington, D.C. for the Summer Fancy Food Show this weekend. We hope to bring back some new ideas as well as a few new customers.
